AgCert is operated by Bluegrass Pastoral Pty Ltd. This policy explains what farm and account data AgCert collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.

We store your account details (email, farm name, operator name, state, and optional ABN) and the farm records you enter (treatments, spray, movements, and other record types). Farm records remain your property.

Your data is held on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We do not sell or share your farm data. Individual records are not used for any commercial purpose or shared with third parties except as required to provide the service or as required by law.

The AI label reader temporarily transmits an image to Anthropic’s API for processing. No image data is retained by Anthropic.

Weather data is retrieved from WillyWeather using only your nominated weather station ID.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

You can access, correct, or delete your data, or close your account, by contacting help@agcert.com.au.

When you delete your account we permanently remove your records, your profile and your login. We retain a one-way, irreversible marker derived from your email address so that a free trial cannot be claimed more than once on the same address. This marker cannot be used to identify you or to contact you, and is not linked to any of your data.
